Shipping policy
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 15:00 CET are processed the next business day. You receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Shipping destinations We ship within Germany and across the European Union. We do not currently ship outside the EU.
Estimated delivery times
- Germany: 5–8 business days
- EU countries: 5–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and may vary due to carrier delays.
Shipping costs Shipping is free on all orders. Delivery is included in the product price — no additional shipping charge is applied at checkout.
Tracking Once your order ships you receive a tracking number by email. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate.
Delays and lost parcels If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of the estimated date, contact us at contact@fixolify.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Customs and duties All our destinations are within the European Union, so no customs duties or import charges apply. Pursuant to § 19 UStG we do not charge value added tax.
