Where we ship
We ship to Germany and all countries within the European Union. We do not currently ship outside the EU.

Shipping is free on every order. Estimates are business days from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days; orders placed after 15:00 CET are processed the next working day.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate.
Customs and import charges
All our shipping destinations are within the European Union, so there are no customs duties or import charges on your order.
Problems with delivery
If your parcel has not arrived within 12 business days of the estimated date, contact us at contact@fixolify.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
