1. Scope

These terms govern all contracts concluded between Kamaljeet Singh, trading as Fixolify, Türkenstraße 4, 13349 Berlin, Germany, and customers via this online store. Deviating terms from the customer do not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract

Product listings do not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the order button you submit a binding offer to purchase. We accept it by sending an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods. An automated acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance.

3. Prices

All prices are final prices in euro. Pursuant to § 19 UStG we do not charge value added tax, and no VAT is shown on invoices. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete the order.

4. Payment

Payment is due on conclusion of the contract. We accept the methods shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are stated on the product page and on our Shipping page.

6. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Consumers have a two-year warranty period from delivery under German law.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out in our Right of Withdrawal page.

9. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
