Payment Methods

How you can pay

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. These may include credit and debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

When you are charged

Payment is taken when you place the order. Your order is confirmed by email immediately afterwards.

Security

All payments are processed over an encrypted connection by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Currency

Prices are shown and charged in euro (EUR). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank applies its own conversion rate.

Invoices

An invoice is included with your order confirmation email. As a small business under § 19 UStG, no VAT is shown on our invoices. If you need a copy of an invoice, email contact@fixolify.com with your order number.
