2. What we collect

When you visit or order from Fixolify we process: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, payment details, order history, IP address, browser and device information, and pages viewed.

3. Legal basis

We process order data to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), tax and accounting data to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and analytics and marketing data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Processors and recipients

Shopify Inc. (store platform and hosting), our payment providers, our shipping carriers and fulfilment partners, and — where you have consented — Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and Google Ireland Ltd. for advertising and analytics. Some processing may take place outside the EU on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies keep the cart and checkout working and are set without consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you accept them in our consent banner. You can change your choice at any time.

6. Retention

Order and invoice data is retained for the statutory period under German commercial and tax law. Other data is deleted once the purpose for processing no longer applies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our competent authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
