We ship to Germany and to the European Union countries listed below. We do not currently ship outside the EU.

The shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout and shown to you before you place your order. Delivery estimates are business days counted from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days; orders placed after 15:00 CET are processed the next working day.
Part shipments
Orders containing several items may arrive in more than one parcel. This never costs you more than the shipping charge shown at checkout.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate.
Customs and import charges
All our shipping destinations are within the European Union, so there are no customs duties or import charges on your order. Pursuant to § 19 UStG we do not charge value added tax.
Problems with delivery
If your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days of the estimated date, contact us at contact@fixolify.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
