Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 15:00 CET are processed the next business day. You receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

The shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout and shown to you before you place your order. Delivery times are estimates counted in business days from dispatch and may vary due to carrier delays.
Part shipments Orders containing several items may arrive in more than one parcel. This never costs you more than the shipping charge shown at checkout.
Tracking Once your order ships you receive a tracking number by email. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate.
Delays and lost parcels If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of the estimated date, contact us at contact@fixolify.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Customs and duties All our destinations are within the European Union, so no customs duties or import charges apply. Pursuant to § 19 UStG we do not charge value added tax.
