Right of withdrawal — 14 days

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day you, or a third party you name other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

To withdraw, tell us clearly — by email to contact@fixolify.com, or by post to Kamaljeet Singh, Türkenstraße 4, 13349 Berlin, Germany. A model withdrawal form is available on our Right of Withdrawal page, but you are not required to use it. Sending your notice before the deadline expires is enough to meet it.

Condition of returned goods You may inspect and test the goods as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return postage You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Where an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return cost — contact us with a photo and your order number and we will arrange it.

Refunds We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. Where you chose Express delivery, we refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option we offer for your country rather than the Express charge you paid — the additional cost of the faster service is not refundable. We use the same payment method you used originally, at no fee to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of sending them, whichever is earlier.

Damaged or incorrect items Please check your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged or wrong, email contact@fixolify.com with a photo and your order number within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you.

Statutory warranty Separately from the right of withdrawal, the statutory two-year warranty under German law applies to every product we sell.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return on health or hygiene grounds where the seal has been broken after delivery, or to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. Sale items and discounted items carry the same 14-day right of withdrawal as full-price items.
